Good morning sweet friends!! It's time for some Washi Tape madness with Glitz Design!!
I have two cards for you today that feature embellishments made with Glitz Design Washi Tape!! Who would've thought you could have so much fun with Washi Tape. The colors and designs are so fun and add so much color and interest to your projects!!
In this first card, I die cut some butterflies using some gorgeous Love You Madly Lace Washi Tape. I adhered two pieces of Washi Tape to some cardstock. Then centered the die on the seam of the two pieces of tape and die-cut as usual.
I totally love the way the die cuts turn out!! What a fun embellishment!
I cut several layers from the papers and layered them together and then I added a Cardstock Titles Sticker. Then I added some rolled flowers, pearls and hand dyed seam binding. The sentiment was fussy cut from the Uncharted Waters Bits and Pieces paper.Challenges used: Cardabilities Sketch #68
In the next card I made some quick and easy banners out of the Wahsi Tape to use as embellishments.
The Washi Tape Banners add a nice little pop of color to the card. Just a little snip or two and you have an instant banner that dresses up the whole card.
I added the cute little Peek a Boo banner to compliment the Washi Tape banner and I am totally loving all the color!! There are so many fun pieces in the Uncharted Waters line!! I love them all!
