Scrapping the Music #95

Happy Sunday everyone!!! I hope you are having a fantastic weekend!! I was able to get some weeding done and my refigerator cleaned out!! Whoo hoo!! It feels good to get some of those things done!! I have lots more to do, but that is a great start to the week!!

Scrapping the Music #95 is based on the song If Today Was Your Last day by Nickelback. I chose this picture of me and my son because this was taken in December of 2007 after I had gotten back from a visit with my mom who was diagnosed with lung cancer. It was a very emotional time when I got back home and Ben and I were having a little fun. Little did I know that a year from that time, my son would decide that he wanted to join the military. My mom has since joined the saints in heaven and my son is in boot camp as we speak. You never know
what tomorrow will bring, live each moment!!
I used Cosmo Cricket papers and blackboard flowers along with a Hambly overlay for this project.

I had a party at my friend, Erika's, house last week!!! It was a fantastic party and I met some awesome ladies who are very creative. We made a fun little card and
everyone of them turned out very cute and unique!! Way to go ladies!!! You totally rocked the party!!

This is Erika and her sweet little girl, Zoe!! Isn't she the cutest???

Erika is an amazing scrapbook artist and I just had to show off one of her creations!! Absolutely gorgeous!!!!

This is Rachelle and her extremely cute little one, James!! She is new to scrapbooking and I am soooo happy I was able to meet her!!!

Jessica is an amazing crafter and I am soooo happy to get to know her!!!

Heidi is also new to scrapbooking and I was so excited to get to meet Heidi again!!! Her husband was the photographer at my oldest daughter's wedding and he did an awesome job!!! It sure is a small world!!!

Thank you to Erika for hosting a wonderful party!!! You rock girl!!!!

I am off to plan some scrapbook pages for Friday Cropper's Club. This Friday will be the last opportunity to shop and crop in July as I will be going on vacation on July 31-August 10!!!!
