In other news this week, Bozeman, Montana was devasted by a gas explosion on Thursday, March 5 at 8:12 in the morning. If you look in the following picture you can see the devastation. The scary part was my sweet hubby works in the building one block north. This picture was taken from the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. You can see a small part of the roof of his building in the background (it is just behind the tan building behind the fire.) I didn't get to talk to him until about 10:30 and I was pretty nervous by the time I got a hold of him. The only damage to his building was a broken window thank goodness!!
You can see more info at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle website.
Today, the Color Me Daisy Dr. Seuss crop is in full swing!! We are having quite a blast!! I hope you get a chance to stop on by and join in the fun!!! This layout is for the Dr. Seuss ABC challenge. I used the CMD March kit and my Cricut along with some embroidery floss for this layout.
My sweet girl is working so hard on her studies! I just had to document how diligent she is!! I am sooo proud of her!!
I also have been playing with some new Graphic 45 papers for a new class I will be teaching at my LSS at the end of the month. The line is called Fashionista and the papers are gorgeous!! I made a library card pocket and added some tags along with a sentiment inside that states: A friend is someone who know the song inside your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words!!
Here are detail pictures of the tags and flowers. The sentiment is on the back of the large diva card.
Thanks for taking a peek. I should be back tomorrow with Little Red Scrapbook sneaks and of course my Scrapping the Music weekly challenge!! Have a great day!!

Glad that you husband was okay. My brother was right across the street, and ran into the burning building to check for people right before the first responders got there. It was frightening! Love your cards and your layout and that you can honor the hard work your daughter puts into her schooling! Hope next week is a little easier for you!
Wow Kristii! What a scary thing! I don't do well in those type situations...not knowing if those I love are OK or not. Glad your husband was unharmed.
Love the cards and layout. I am actually home this weekend and I'm going to participate in a few of the online challenges. Looking forward to your Little Red Scrapbook peak. Have a restful weekend!

Glad your husband is okay... Sad that something like this happened.
Great layout for the Dr. Seuss crop!
That explosion was so freaking crazy Kristii! I work at the NBC station in Missoula, and the NBC in Bozeman is also our station...so it was a very hectic day here to say the least. Glad your DH was okay...so sad about the woman that did die in the explosion.
Your projects are awesome!

The woman that was killed was a friend of mine's best friend of 24 years. It's very, very sad. I am happy to know your husband is okay.
Your cards and LO are beautiful. :)
